RadioLIVE: Our leaky home shame

The Supreme Court has dismissed James Hardie’s application for leave to appeal the Court of Appeal decision released on 30 August 2017 upholding the representative orders made by the High Court and extending the opt-in periods to five months.


This is good news for the Cladding Action, which opposed the grant of leave.
